LODGING INFORMATIONThis Triple Crown Sports event is a ‘Stay To Play’ Event
Triple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or rooms types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. EVENT DETAILS
The 2025 TC OKC event will be the 17th annual production of this excellent fastpitch experience, with typically 20-plus states represented. It's a time-honored way at the start of summertime to get your team ready for the road ahead, and with a little planning, your squad can catch a Women's College World Series game. The whole family will get a kick out of seeing the world's best amateur talent on display and on the hunt for an NCAA championship!
FORMAT: 4 Pool to a single elimination Bracket Divisions: Coaches choose which division they wish to sign up for, as long as all players are age eligible. Please note, if a division of A or B does not make we will merge you with the other sub division. For example 14uA does not make, we will make a 14u Division. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Game balls will be provided. LODGING: This is a stay to play event. All teams must stay in one of our lodging partners in order to be scheduled into the event. Teams will receive a booking link once they have registered for the event. REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted and/or the teams age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, and the division is not sold out, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. College/University fields, Buck Thomas, Woodson Sports Complex have a ONE team Cooler Policy. Cooler tags will be provided at Team Check in/Player Party.

Will there be a gift exchange? No there will not be, there will only be pin trading at the player party. 4. Does everyone need to be at the player party? We require each team to have at least one representative at team check in, to collect your team in. 5. Penciling in Penciling in your team does not Save your spot. It just shows you are interested.
